SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping (Canada-wide): $9.99 flat rate
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $69.99 — applied automatically at checkout, no code required.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Note: Free shipping applies to major urban and suburban Canadian addresses. Remote territories and postal codes (including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and select remote rural routes) may be subject to additional shipping charges calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days. Remote areas and territories may take longer. Delivery timeframes are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

OVERSIZED OR HEAVY ITEMS
Some products may incur additional shipping charges due to size or weight. Where applicable, this will be noted on the product page and calculated at checkout.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

DELAYS
We ship from Alberta. Carrier delays can occur during peak seasons (November–January). If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at pavlo@veltormedia.com and we'll look into it.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

TAXES
Applicable GST/HST will be calculated and added at checkout based on your province of delivery.
